Linas Lesciauskas follows the forgers’ path of his ancestors.

Was born in Birzuvenai, Telsiu district, in 1973.

1991 – entered to TATDM (artistic forgery school) in Telsiai.

1995 – received craftsman - artist diploma.

1995 – Entered VKAKDI (visual art academy) in Klaipeda.

1997 – married his wife Lina.

1997 – established his personal creative studio in Klemiskes village, Klaipeda district.

1999 – finished study in VDAKDI, receiving bachelor diploma.

1999 – son Vilius was born.

1999 – Lithuania representative in "Mare Balticum", common Baltic states forger sculptural project in Oldenburg, Germany.

2000 – a member of the IV th world forgers congress "Fero Insight 2000", Germany.

2001 –"Art gates" contest winner, Klaipeda, Lithuania.

2002 – departed to LMC company in USA to work as a forger-artist.

2003 – returned from LMC to Lithuania to continue work in personal studio.

2005 – his works are published in "Metalle Design International 2005" book.

2005 04 23 - Lithuanian Blacksmiths Union was constituted. Chairperson of Lithuanian Blacksmiths Union was elected inspiration and organizer of the first Lithuanian blacksmith convetion Linas Lesciauskas.
